Kavanah Uploader ("the app") is a private tool operated by Adam G (adamguerguis@gmail.com). It is used only by its owner to publish videos to his own YouTube channel, Kavanah.

What the app accesses

With the owner's permission through Google sign-in, the app uses the YouTube Data API to upload videos, set titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and captions, and manage playlists and channel branding on the owner's channel. It does not read, collect or store data about viewers or any other Google user.

How data is stored

The only stored credential is the owner's OAuth token, kept in an encrypted credential store and used solely to make the API calls above. The owner can revoke it at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Sharing

No data is sold, shared or transferred to third parties, and none is used for advertising.

Google and YouTube

The app uses YouTube API Services. By using it you are also bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. The app's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
